Our basement had a major leak for several years. Since the water didn’t go beyond a certain point (it drained into the slab gap and into the sump), I just put it out of my mind.
Finally, after waking up in the middle of the night in a panic attack, I knew I had to do something about it. I moved all of the basement junk away from the walls and found they were covered in mold.
I called Advanced Basement Professionals and Kirk came out the next day. He proposed a major fix and scheduled his workers for the following week.
I could not be happier with the results. I have battery protected sump pumps and clean covered walls… and no leaks.
The best words I can say have to do with the attitude of the workers: totally polite with the boss on-site for much of the work. It was a 2 day job and there were probably 6-7 men working.
All of our stuff was completely covered and they cleaned up totally. I would be happy to talk to anyone who wants me to tell them about this company. A+

Thank you for fixing our basement water issues. We have a high water table in our area with chronic water influx. The drain system that was installed solved our water issues and now I have a usable basement. I built: a gym area, workbench, storage with shelves, kids space with a couch/chairs/rugs and entertainment space with a TV. This would not have been a usable space if we didn’t resolve our water issues.

Mark Denny from Advanced Basement Professionals came to our house and helped to diagnose the bad construction that damaged our foundation and he fixed the walls and also did a french Drain at the same time. I'm a firefighter and have a crazy schedule.
Advanced basement Professionals came out around my fiancée and my schedule.
They did a excellent inspection of the inside and outside of my basement. Then explained what caused the problems we were having then how they would fix them.We knew about some of the problems but not what would fix them for good. Kirk said not only would the basement be dry and mold free but they told me clean and transformed.
With a life time transferable warranty.
All I can say is wow, we are very impressed the crew was great and the basement is ready if i want to finish it, meaning they encapsulated the walls with the system they installed.
We couldn't be happier.
We definitely feel they live up to the better quality for less.

My boyfriend and I have a cinder block basement in our new home, while it was raining it caused the basement floor to be wet and leave a bad smell. Advanced basement Professionals did a great job. They were clean inside and outside of my house. They were a little noisy the first day that they started to work but we expected that, due to them giving us a heads up. Over all we were very impressed with Mark Denny and their very professional crew. As for the price, it was lower than the other 2 companies that we reached out too, plus Advanced Basement Professionals did more work! The system they installed ended up being superior compared to other companies that we looked into. They will be saved in my contacts and be my go to company for any future issues we may have.
